Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Labs, LLC, operating under the brand name "Trade Pages" ("Company," "we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with the Trade Pages service (the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Scope — two kinds of data

This Policy describes how we handle Account Data — information about you, the business owner who signs up for the Service. It also explains, at a high level, how we handle Customer Data — the information your business collects about its own customers, leads, and site visitors — but our handling of Customer Data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), because for that data your business is the controller/business and we act only as your processor/service provider. See Section 3.

2. Account Data — what we collect about you, and why

When you sign up for and use the Service, we collect:

(such as a payment confirmation and the last four digits of a card); we do not store your full card number.

privacy-preserving analytics and security logs (for example, IP address and timestamps used to operate and secure the Service and to record your acceptance of our Terms).

We use Account Data to provide, secure, bill for, and support the Service; to send you service and renewal communications (see Section 8); and to comply with law. We do not sell or share your Account Data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Customer Data — we act as your processor

Your business uses the Service to collect and store information about its own customers, leads, bookings, invoices, and site-visitor contact-form submissions ("Customer Data").

With respect to Customer Data, your business is the controller/business under applicable law, and Real Estate Labs, LLC d/b/a Trade Pages acts solely as a processor/service provider — processing such data only on your documented instructions and only to provide the Service. We do not sell or share Customer Data, and we have no independent right to use it beyond operating the Service for you. We do not combine Customer Data across unrelated businesses. Our obligations for Customer Data are set out in the DPA. If you are an End Customer of a business that uses Trade Pages and you have a privacy request, please contact that business directly; we will assist it as its processor.

4. Texting and the native message feature

The Service does not send text messages on your behalf. When you use a "text" or "message" feature, we open a message pre-filled on your own device, which you send from your own phone and carrier. We do not transmit, store, or manage consent for those messages. You are responsible for having any consent required to contact your recipients and for honoring opt-out ("STOP") requests.

5. Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on a small set of vetted providers to operate the Service:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the Service — for example, a login session cookie and the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection mechanism. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Retention and security

We retain Account Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Consistent with our Terms, after cancellation we retain your Customer Content and Customer Data for thirty (30) days so you can request an export, then may delete it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Email and text communications; your choices

We send you service and transactional messages (such as billing, renewal reminders, and important account notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account. Any marketing email we send will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act — it will identify us, include a working unsubscribe link that we honor within ten (10) business days, and include a valid postal address.

9. Your privacy rights (U.S. state laws)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold as a controller (that is, your Account Data). These states have comprehensive privacy laws in effect: California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Washington. Where applicable, you may have the right to:

not sell or share personal information or engage in targeted advertising;** and

California "Notice at Collection": we collect the categories of Account Data described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial/billing information, and internet/usage activity) to operate, secure, and bill for the Service; we retain them as described in Section 7; and we do not sell or share them.

To exercise your rights, email legal@mytradepage.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. For Customer Data (data about a business's own End Customers), please contact the business that collected it; we will support that business as its processor.

Michigan: Michigan does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law in effect. We extend the core access, correction, and deletion options above to all users regardless of state.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes and contact
